Corby Community Arts Association - £5,000
The group plan to create a colourful interactive art and sound installation in a rural location which they will tour around three urban locations The work will be accessible via several mediums linking online to print publication and using the downloadable Soundcloud app.

Corby Deep Roots Tall Trees - £10,000

The group aims to deliver a 14-month project of artistic programming and organisational development to promote art and creative events in the town. The group have organised a festival that will take place in the woodlands of Corby in September 2016, events include music, art workshops, storytelling, contemporary dance and walks with a difference

Northampton Music 365 - £10,000

The group aims to deliver the Y factor, a yearlong musician development programme which will work alongside their annual Northampton Music Festival. The programme provides training for young local artists, allowing them to build up the skills and experience needed in the music industry. The group will also create live video sessions consisting of monthly music videos, showcasing local musicians and venues.

The Castle Wellingborough - £11,500
The group plan to develop The Castle Wellingborough as a strategic hub for dance, where a professional dance programme will be presented as part of a strong participation and engagement programme with local people. The Castle will also collaborate with resident dance company Two Thirds Sky, allowing the group to increase the community’s quality of life.

Northampton Music 365 - £5,000
The group aims to open NN Café in Northampton’s cultural quarter, as well as put on musical events across 9 local venues. One of the main objectives of the festival programme was to create a sense of place and pride for Northampton, celebrating local talent.

Northampton Arts Collective - £20,000
The group will run 41 of exhibitions, bringing appreciation of the arts to the people of Northamptonshire and beyond. The 41 exhibitions will consist of 270 days and involve over 700 people. Northampton Arts Collective seeks to enrich the lives of the people of Northamptonshire through the arts, acting as a focal point and catalyst for creativity.

Fermynwoods Contemporary Art Ltd - £12,500

The group will work with the people of Corby through an outdoor contemporary arts project entitled: “A Modern Fairy Tale.” Young people with and without disabilities will take part, with a view to producing and performing a fully accessible public music event.

Corby Cube Theatre Trust Ltd - £40,000 over two years
The project will develop young people’s arts skills, enabling them to become future arts leaders. The Corby Cube will provide a stage of musicians for Corby's yearly music festival, host a residency from an international young people's performance company and run projects to engage young people who are not in education, employment or training.

Centre Screen Northamptonshire - £18,300 over two years
Centre Screen will provide a year-round rural cinema club to areas where access to traditional cinema is out of the question. This will help tackle rural isolation. The group believe shared cinema experience, sense of place and community engagement is as important as the films themselves, ensuring the project has a lasting positive impact beyond the experience at the cinema club.

Northamptonshire Touring Arts - £20,000 over two years
The group will host performing arts workshops and demonstrations in various communities, ensuring the whole county enjoys access to creative works. High quality performances will allow people to expand their horizons in their own locality, including bringing international art and ideas to rural communities.
