Phoenix Employability and Disability Support Services C.I.C - £10,000 from Enterprise Solutions Northamptonshire Fund
The grant will be used to provide employability based activities at the project.

 

August 2016

Northamptonshire Country Centre - £7, 365 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to develop their Activity Resource Centre by adding fitness, dance, colour therapy, cookery, music and storytelling sessions.


Northamptonshire Rape Crisis and Incest Centre - £10,000 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to hire a client accessor to deliver all NRC client assessments throughout the County.


Phoenix Community Cinema - £9,500 from NCC Wellbeing Fund

The grant will be used to provide a cinema to rural locations in Northamptonshire.


Pink Rooster - £9,461.79 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will provide funding to cover staff, equipment and operating costs to enable the continuing delivery of our ‘Care Home Dementia Project’ ,‘Personalised Playlist’ and the group’s new ‘Music for Sundowning’ project.

 

Association of Northamptonshire Supplementary Schools - £10,000 from NCC Wellbeing Fund

The grant will be used to cover vital staff member’s wages.


Community Court Yard - £9, 500 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to work with troubled young people from Eastern Europe to reduce violent crime on the Racecourse.


REAL (realm of experiential and alternative learning) - £10,000 from NCC Wellbeing fund
The grant will be used to provide 36 sessions of an off-road motorbike course for 14 – 16 year olds.


Rushden Town Cricket Club - £3,300 from Constance Travis Endowment Fund
The grant will be used to purchase a new mower.


SNVB - £6, 593 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
To sustain the volunteer car service which has ran for 17 years


Royal and Derngate - £5,000 from Compton Fund for Arts, Culture and Heritage
The grant will be used to provide a weekend of arts and science events created by, for and with the local people.


The Film Lab - £5,000 from Compton Fund for Arts, Culture and Heritage
The grant will be used to create a community film production over a period of five months.

 

July 2016

 

KidsAid Foundation - £5,000 from NCC Wellbeing
The grant will be used to fund therapy for 5 children or young people that have experienced traumatic events.


Springs Family Centre - £10,000 from NCC Wellbeing

The grant will be used to enable all those who attend to have access to sports facilities.


Time 2 Talk - £10,000 from NCC Wellbeing
The grant will be used to secure the group’s accommodation in Daventry for a further year and to contribute towards essential and unavoidable costs.


NORPIP – Northamptonshire Parent Infant Project - £5,000 from NCC Wellbeing
The grant will be used to develop a new project to support groups of parents from 24 weeks pregnant that have been identified as having a pre-existing mental health condition, which carries a high risk of affecting their ability to parent effectively.

Looking Glass Theatre - £5,394 from Compton Fund for Arts, Culture and Heritage and NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to fund a theatre project which includes an outdoor performance of Wind in the Willows in St. Peter's Church Northampton and an exhibition in Hazelrigg House.

Blackthorn Good Neighbours - £4,979 from St Giles Charity and Fair Deal for Kids Fund
The grant will be used to fund a project that gives children the chance to develop healthy eating habits, both  nutritionally and socially.

Victoria Centre - £9,036 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to start up a new youth club at Victoria Centre, in partnership with Service Six.

Kings Heath Boxing Club £3,960 from Constance Travis Endowment Fund
The grant will go towards the cost of putting on a Boxing Gala evening in order to raise funds for the club.


Daventry Cycle Club - £750 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will go towards the cost of putting on a charity cycle event.

Corby Deep Roots Tall Trees - £2,940 from NCC Wellbeing Fund
The grant will be used to provide a series of practical participatory singing workshops.

Oundle Music Trust - £4,850 from the Burnett Fund
The grant will be used to support a ground-breaking performance during the Oundle International Festival 2016.

Spring Boroughs Neighbourhood Forum - £3,750 Fair Deal for Kids Fund
The grant will be used to run 2 events and provide 4 days of activities.

Friends of Abington Park - £5,000 from NCC Small Grants
The grant will be used to continue The Hub project in Brackley.

Rockin' Roadrunner - £4,000 from St Giles Charitable Trust
The grant will be used to run the annual Rockin’ Roadrunner festival.


February 2016


Saheli Women’s Group - £4,875 from NCC Small Grants
The grant will be used to fund a project which will open access to Asian Women (majority who are widowed, single and informal carers of their spouse or children) and give them the opportunity to participate in structured wellbeing activities.

 

Castle Fields Commuity Group - £4,985 from NCC Small Grants
The grant will be used to reach out to local community groups and invite them to attend writing/performing workshops.

 

November 2015

 

Daventry Volunteer Centre - £5,000

To continue the popular Time Bank skill exchange scheme for another year, the scheme will be self-sustaining by the end of 2016.

 

Live at Home Northampton - £5,000 from St Giles Trust

They will continue their supportive provision for local elderly people.

 

Manna House Counselling Service - £5,000 from St Giles Trust

The grant will allow the service to provide counselling to those who would otherwise be excluded due to the cost.

Northampton Gymnastics Academy - £5,000

The gymnastics club will purchase a new carbon fibre rodded tumble track.

 

Tools for Self Reliance - £4,118

The group will purchase a tent as well as display boards, which will aid their fundraising on an ongoing basis.
